1. How long does it take before an order is shipped?
If the item is in stock, we will generally ship the items within
48 hours. We use UPS ground to ship standard orders. Check this
chart to determine shipping times.

Colonial Bronze is distributed worldwide. Use this link to find

3. What is the return policy of Colonial Bronze?
Colonial
Bronze will accept defective hardware. If you are a distributor,
you will need to contact your representative for an RMA # and
return instructions. If you purchased Colonial Bronze hardware
from a showroom, you will need to contact the place of purchase
for specific instructions. Items may be subject to a restocking
fee.

other hardware company. Colonial will tailor its hardware to fit
your customers needs and tastes through customization of:
