Customizing Standard Product Designs

How to Calculate Pricing on Products with Custom Lengths:

    • When computing prices for custom overall length pulls using per-inch prices, multiply the price per inch times the overall length, rounded up to the nearest whole inch.  Please note our examples below.
      • A 745-X pull prices at $43.76 per inch for custom lengths in a Tier 1 finish and $12.25 in a Tier 2 finish.
      • Should you like to have a 745 design in a 22″ overall length, in our satin brass finish, (4), the list price is calculated 22 x $10.08 = $221.76 list price each.
      • If you prefer a 1361 pull that is 11.50” overall, the price calculation would be $30.72 X 12” = $368.64 list price each.  We always round the overall desired length up to the next full inch.
    • Please Note:
      • Series that are available in custom lengths are noted in their product pricing table with the sizing parameters.
      • Custom items that are BELOW the overall length of the shortest standard length may still cost more due to the custom nature of this manufacturing process.
      • On customized designs manufacturing time will likely extend beyond our normal manufacturing time.
      • For changes on standard sizes other than overall dimensions, such as center-to-center, post length, etc, please contact customer service via email, sales@thebronze.com or phone, 860-489-9233.

Custom Set Up Fees:

    • A $250.00 list price set-up fee applies for custom-made items manufactured in overall size increments other than half- inch or inch increments.
    • The set-up fee also applies for standard products with customized projections and other customizations of the standard product design.
